The kick off of the Erasmus + To Switch project was held on the online platform zoom on 9 December 2020 from 9.00 a.m. to 12.15 p.m with the partecipation of 36 people among the 8 project partners plus the associated partner from Switzerland.
The meeting was organized by the Autonomous province of Trento as lead partner of the project.
In this occasion the differents European country involved in the project, discussed of the future prosecution of the activies and defined and approved the internal partners agreement, the quality plan, the logo and the 5 work packages of the project.
All the partners immediately showed great interest in the topic of active aging and the importance of continuous learning and training of senior workers and above all to guarantee trainers the best tools on training and learning.
The first project meeting had a technical-organizational value among the project partners and also reprenseted the official moment of dialogue and discussion between the partners.
All the partners demonstrated a huge interest into the project and a perfect organization and division of the jobs to ensure the best prosecution and results for the project.
The second day of Kick off which will take place on December 16, 2020 will be the time to share, present and discuss case studies on the topic of active aging.
