On 15 July 2021 from 11.30 am to 1.15 pm the fourth partnership meeting was held about the first elements of the first Intellectual Output “Development of the framework of reference for senior workers’ training”.

The first topic, explained by Prof. Francesco Marcaletti of the University of Zaragoza (ES) regarded the structure of the draft report of the IO1, the main evidence from literature and a new conceptual framework proposal. This activity has the aim to create a new andragogical method for the training of the adult workers and the identification of the new socio-pedagogical skills for the trainers of senior workers.

The second topic was about “Key elements emerging from the good practices”.

Ms Manuela Samek of the Istituto di Ricerca Sociale (IT) synthesized the good practices collected from each partner regarding age management. 16 good practices were analysed so far and they will be included in the digital learning and sharing platform for senior worker trainers, the second Intellectual Output.

All partners appreciated the work done.
